However, when stress is prolonged or excessive, it can lead to health issues. Symptoms of stress include fatigue, irritability, sleep problems, headaches, and muscle tension.

Burnout Syndrome

Burnout syndrome is a form of chronic workplace stress that arises when a person feels overwhelmed and exhausted by their job. Symptoms include emotional exhaustion, depersonalization (feeling disconnected from others), and decreased work performance.

While these disorders may share common symptoms, each of them is unique and possesses specific characteristics.

Combining conventional therapies with less traditional methods such as yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, and physical activity can be highly beneficial. Yoga and mindfulness promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance emotional awareness, while a balanced diet can support brain function and mood. Physical activity, in turn, releases endorphins and contributes to better emotional balance. By integrating these unconventional methods with conventional therapies, a holistic approach is created, addressing not only symptoms but also underlying causes and promoting general well-being on the path to recovery.
